Join a national catastrophic and complex injury team handling high-value personal injury matters, including traumatic brain injury, spinal injury, amputation and fatal accident claims. The team acts for major insurers and large corporate clients and provides strategic, commercially focused claims advice from early investigations through litigation.

This role involves running your own complex caseload, working alongside senior lawyers on multi‑million-pound matters, and contributing to case strategy, risk management and client service standards. There is scope to develop your portfolio in a collaborative environment with opportunities for further progression.

Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) with senior-level experience
Proven experience on RTA / Employers’ Liability / Public Liability large loss, catastrophic or complex injury claims
Ability to run a complex caseload, devise and follow clear case strategies, and meet deadlines
Strong negotiation, client-handling and relationship-building skills
Commercial mindset with proven adherence to compliance, SLAs and firm protocols
Willingness to contribute to business development and to share knowledge within a team
