Senior solicitor role within a nationally recognised employment, pensions and immigration practice. The role sits in an established HR/Employee Relations team handling a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for large UK employers and international clients.

You will be a senior fee-earner working closely with partners to help grow the team, leading on tribunal defence work, advising on restructuring and change projects, and providing day-to-day HR advisory support. The role involves drafting updates, delivering training and contributing to business development activity.

  • Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in employment law
  • Proven experience managing a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters, including Employment Tribunal defence
  • Experience on large-scale projects (change, restructuring, pay/industrial relations)
  • Strong technical employment law knowledge and attention to detail
  • Good communication, time-management and team-working skills; experience mentoring junior fee-earners desirable
  • Interest in business development and client relationship work
