Senior Tax Associate — Tax — London

Exciting opportunity for a senior tax lawyer to join a large, award-winning London tax practice. The role combines transactional M&A tax work with tax planning, advisory and disputes across domestic and international matters.

You will lead and contribute to complex deals and advisory projects, working alongside multi-disciplinary teams that include tax, transfer pricing and indirect tax specialists. Strong commercial judgement and clear client-facing communication are essential.

• Qualified solicitor, chartered tax advisor or chartered accountant with strong UK corporate tax experience
• Extensive experience in both transactional (M&A) tax and tax planning/advisory work
• Excellent UK tax technical skills and strong written and verbal communication
• Proactive, client-focused team player with an interest in business development; degree-level education (minimum 2:1 or equivalent)
