Join a multidisciplinary office comprising 24 lawyers and legal professionals in Angers, where you will take responsibility for the Tax department, currently staffed by two collaborators. You will play a central role in leading, mentoring, and developing the team, while acting as a technical and managerial reference. Working primarily with mid-sized companies, family-owned SMEs, their owners, and subsidiaries of foreign groups, you will handle high-stakes tax advisory and litigation matters, including:

Direct and indirect taxation
Flow taxation and international tax
Group taxation and restructuring transactions
Wealth and personal tax planning
Comprehensive tax issues facing corporate leaders and businesses

Your responsibilities will include supervising and reviewing the work of the two tax team members, managing client relationships, driving business development, and collaborating closely with other practice areas of the firm. You will also benefit from the firm's technical resources, training, and expertise to stay at the forefront of tax law developments. We are looking for an experienced tax lawyer (Avocat) with significant practice in corporate and individual tax law, including tax advisory and litigation. You should have:

Strong expertise in direct and indirect taxes, international tax, group taxation, restructuring, and wealth tax planning
Proven experience in managing complex, high-stakes tax matters
Leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to develop and coach junior team members
Excellent client relationship skills and the ability to drive business growth
Fluency in French; additional language skills are a plus
