Senior Associate – Corporate Law (M&A)

We are seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to join our dynamic team in Nice. In this role, you will support clients on corporate law matters, including drafting legal documents for business transfers and restructuring operations, both locally and internationally.

• Advise SMEs, corporate groups across all economic sectors, and public entities on corporate law and M&A transactions.
