Solicitor — Abuse Litigation

A nationally active legal team is hiring a Solicitor to join its Abuse practice across regional offices in the UK. The team specialises in sensitive abuse and historic child abuse claims, acting against institutions and individual perpetrators and providing long‑term support to survivors.

The role offers immediate responsibility for managing a varied caseload, working with senior colleagues on complex matters, and coordinating with support and rehabilitation staff to ensure clients receive holistic care. The team supports development of technical litigation and advocacy skills and offers flexible working and wellbeing benefits.

• Newly qualified to c.2 years' PQE in civil litigation/personal injury or equivalent experience
• Genuine commitment to supporting survivors of abuse and handling sensitive client matters with empathy
• Strong communication, client‑care and caseload management skills
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to develop litigation and advocacy expertise
