The role involves managing a caseload of serious injury matters (brain, spinal, amputation and other life-changing injuries), working closely with clients to secure rehabilitation and optimal legal outcomes.
You will be part of a collaborative team, contribute to area objectives and have opportunities to develop through training and mentoring. The team places emphasis on client-focused case management and practical support for adults and children affected by serious injury.
- 0–4 years PQE in personal injury/serious injury (or equivalent experience)
- Experience handling serious injury matters or demonstrable exposure to complex PI cases
- Strong client-care skills, empathy and ability to manage sensitive matters
- Ability to manage an independent caseload, conduct case reviews and support senior colleagues
- Commercial awareness and willingness to support business development and local market activity
- Comfortable working in the office as part of a regional team
