Join a national personal-injury practice with a strong regional Serious Injury team. The role involves managing a caseload of serious injury matters (brain, spinal, amputation and other life-changing injuries), working closely with clients to secure rehabilitation and optimal legal outcomes.

You will be part of a collaborative team, contribute to area objectives and have opportunities to develop through training and mentoring. The team places emphasis on client-focused case management and practical support for adults and children affected by serious injury.

0–4 years PQE in personal injury/serious injury (or equivalent experience)
Experience handling serious injury matters or demonstrable exposure to complex PI cases
Strong client-care skills, empathy and ability to manage sensitive matters
Ability to manage an independent caseload, conduct case reviews and support senior colleagues
Commercial awareness and willingness to support business development and local market activity
Comfortable working in the office as part of a regional team
