Solicitor / Associate, Commercial Real Estate — Leeds

Seek a 2+ PQE commercial real estate Solicitor to join a busy Leeds-based team focused on public-sector healthcare property work. The role offers varied transactional and advisory work across asset management, acquisitions, disposals and strategic property matters for healthcare and social-care bodies and related developers.

You will act as a day-to-day contact for clients, manage a personal caseload, and work closely with other property specialists across the firm. The team offers regular client contact and autonomy early in your development, plus formal supervision and mentoring.

• 2-4 years' PQE in commercial real estate.
• Strong academic background (minimum 2:1 degree).
• Experience on a range of property transactions (landlord/tenant, acquisitions/disposals) and asset management.
• Genuine interest in the healthcare/public-sector property sector.
• Excellent analytical, drafting and client-facing skills; ability to work to client protocols and service level agreements.
