Senior-level role in a busy Real Estate team advising on the full property lifecycle, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord & tenant matters, asset management, development and construction. Work will include transactional support, reports/certificates of title and due diligence for financing and corporate transactions.

The team acts for a mix of corporate occupiers, investors and landlords on matters such as office relocations, portfolio transactions, development projects and property-related disputes. Qualified solicitor with approximately 2–4 years' post-qualification experience in real estate law
Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
Experience in commercial landlord & tenant work, acquisitions/disposals and property due diligence
Comfortable acting directly with clients and managing workstreams; team-player mindset
Commercial awareness and an interest in business development/marketing; office-move experience preferred
