We are seeking a Junior Negotiator to join a specialist legal negotiations team within a leading international law firm. This is a unique non-traditional legal role focused on direct contract negotiations with counterparties in the financial services sector, working closely with clients on live documentation.

You will draft, negotiate, obtain internal approvals and execute new arrangements using counterparty or client templates. Collaboration with legal, business, credit, risk and operations teams will be essential to ensure all negotiations are properly approved. You will also track and update each negotiation on the client portal so management information reconciles with internal systems.
