Solicitor/Associate, Medical Negligence — Cambridge

Experienced claimant-side medical negligence solicitor sought to join a busy, specialist clinical negligence team in Cambridge. The role involves managing a mixed caseload of litigated and non-litigated matters across a range of clinical areas, providing sensitive client-facing advice and working to achieve strong outcomes for injured clients.

You will work alongside experienced colleagues on complex and high-value claims, supporting senior lawyers and taking responsibility for your own files. The team offers hybrid working flexibility, a range of wellbeing benefits and a supportive, inclusive culture.

• Up to 6 years' PQE in clinical/medical negligence (claimant-side)
• Proven experience managing your own caseload, including litigated matters
• Experience assisting on high-value or complex clinical negligence claims
• Strong client-care skills and ability to take instructions and provide clear legal advice
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
