A national UK practice is recruiting a Solicitor/Associate to join its established clinical and medical negligence team. The role will sit within a busy claimant-focused practice handling a broad range of clinical negligence matters and supporting high-value, complex claims.

You will manage your own caseload, support senior colleagues on complex litigated matters, and provide clear, compassionate advice to clients at vulnerable times. The team works collaboratively across offices and offers hybrid working and supportive development.

Up to 6 years' PQE in clinical/medical negligence (claimant-side)
Proven experience managing a personal caseload, including litigated matters
Experience assisting on high-value or complex clinical negligence claims
Strong client-facing skills with the ability to take instructions and give clear legal advice
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
