Join a top-tier financial markets practice in Sydney as a 2–4 PQE solicitor. You will work on complex financial markets and derivatives matters, including collateral, netting, financial market infrastructure, payments and digital assets.

The role offers exposure to both transactional execution and regulatory/market-facing work, acting for a mix of domestic and international financial institutions, market infrastructure providers, state entities and industry bodies. You will work closely with senior market-focused lawyers and gain technical experience across ISDA-related documentation and broader financial markets issues.

2–4 years' PQE in banking & finance, financial markets or derivatives
Strong drafting, analytical skills and commercial judgment
Experience with ISDA documentation or demonstrable interest in building derivatives capability
Right to work in Australia (citizenship, permanent residency or appropriate visa)
