Solicitor / CILEX — Insurance Fraud (Birmingham)

Join a market-leading insurance fraud team handling complex and high-value property fraud matters. The role involves managing a caseload of predominantly litigated claims, conducting investigations, and defending against a range of suspected fraudulent activity—from opportunistic individual claims to organised networks.

You will work closely with insurers, loss adjusters and law enforcement partners, taking ownership of files and developing commercially focused case strategies. The team offers structured support and training to build technical expertise and deliver results for clients.

• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX lawyer or experienced paralegal with relevant litigation background
• Experience in personal injury or similar litigation matters
• Familiarity with the Civil Procedure Rules
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical and lateral thinking; able to work independently and as part of a team
• Commercial mindset and ability to meet billing/time recording targets and KPIs
