We are seeking a Solicitor or CILEX lawyer (0 64 years PQE) to join a market-leading Property Recoveries team on a permanent basis. The role is claimant-focused and involves handling technically complex, high-value insurance recovery claims for major insurer clients.

You will work on property damage recoveries arising from perils such as fire, flood, escape of water, oil spills, impact damage and construction-related losses, with regular exposure to expert evidence, forensic investigation and strategic litigation. The team offers structured training, mentoring and clear career development.

Qualified Solicitor or CILEX lawyer (or substantial pre-qualification experience)
0 64 years PQE with interest in insurance property damage and recovery work
Strong litigation skills: investigating liability, drafting pleadings, progressing multi-track claims and preparing for trial
Ability to analyse technical and expert evidence and to manage forensic investigations
Good communication and commercial awareness; client-facing experience with insurers, brokers and third parties
Commitment to meeting performance targets, including a minimum annual chargeable hours target (c.1,440 hours)
