Join a growing digital legal delivery team within a leading international finance practice. The role sits in Belfast and involves working on banking and finance transactions alongside senior members of the Digital Finance team and other finance groups across the firm's network.

You will support a mix of transactional and outsourcing work: drafting and reviewing security and transaction documents, managing conditions precedent and closings, and negotiating routine finance and related commercial documents. The role is client-facing and offers exposure to areas such as real estate finance, securitisation, energy finance and leveraged finance.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or Northern Ireland (or qualified in another common-law jurisdiction and willing to requalify)
1–3 years PQE, with at least 6 months' experience in Banking & Finance
Experience on Banking & Finance transactional work (drafting security/transaction documents, managing CPs, closings)
Comfortable working in a client-facing, team-oriented delivery model and supporting outsourcing/managed-legal projects
