Our client, a leading international law firm with a strong presence in Australia, is seeking a talented Solicitor (2–3 years PQE) to join its highly regarded Dispute Resolution team in Brisbane. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-profile litigation and disputes in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial disputes, including class actions and regulatory matters
- Draft pleadings, submissions, witness statements, and affidavits
- Assist in the negotiation and resolution of disputes
- Provide strategic, commercially astute advice to clients
- Contribute to the development of client relationships
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other practice groups
Qualifications & Experience
- 2–3 years PQE in litigation or dispute resolution (ideally within a top-tier or leading firm)
- Excellent research, analytical, and drafting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated commitment to client service and teamwork
- Willingness to embrace new technologies, including AI-enabled legal tools

Required Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years PQE in litigation or dispute resolution
- Excellent analytical, communication, and research skills
- First-rate experience drafting legal documents (pleadings, submissions, witness statements, affidavits)
- Experience assisting clients in negotiation, settlement, and resolution of complex disputes
- Strong commitment to client service and relationship management
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Willingness to adopt new technologies, including AI-enabled tools
- Eligibility to work in Australia (Australian citizens, permanent residents, or those with appropriate visas)
