About the Role

Our client, a leading international law firm with a strong presence in Australia, is seeking a talented Solicitor (2–3 years PQE) to join its highly regarded Dispute Resolution team in Brisbane. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-profile litigation and disputes in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a varied caseload of commercial disputes, including class actions and regulatory matters
Draft pleadings, submissions, witness statements, and affidavits
Assist in the negotiation and resolution of disputes
Provide strategic, commercially astute advice to clients
Contribute to the development of client relationships
Collaborate effectively with team members and other practice groups

Qualifications & Experience

2–3 years PQE in litigation or dispute resolution (ideally within a top-tier or leading firm)
Excellent research, analytical, and drafting skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Demonstrated commitment to client service and teamwork
Willingness to embrace new technologies, including AI-enabled legal tools

Required Skills & Experience
