Experienced insurance-litigation team seeks a Solicitor (1-3 years PQE) to join its national Casualty practice. The role covers defendant-side public liability, employers' liability and product liability work for insured and insurer clients, handling fast- and multi-track defended claims.

The post-holder will run their own caseload and support senior fee-earners, managing disclosure, drafting witness statements and reports, instructing counsel/experts and attending client meetings and hearings. The role offers exposure to document-heavy, factually complex matters and development opportunities, including a potential focus on occupational stress claims.

1-3 years PQE in insurance litigation or related defendant-side litigation
Practical experience managing EL/PL/product liability cases, including disclosure and document management
Familiarity with CPR and civil litigation procedure
Strong drafting, legal research, IT, time-management and client-facing skills; ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
