Solicitor — Finance Litigation, Manchester

Join a national finance litigation team as a Solicitor based in Manchester on a flexible hybrid basis. The role delivers advice and case management across asset finance and consumer finance disputes within an established litigation practice.

You will manage a caseload under partner supervision, contribute to business development and thought leadership, and support regional teams across the UK. The team offers a collaborative, inclusive environment with formal support for development.

• Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent).
• Experience handling finance litigation matters or supporting senior fee-earners on a caseload.
• Knowledge of Consumer Credit Act 1974 and associated regulations preferred.
• Familiarity with the Civil Procedure Rules 1998 and practical case-management experience.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and case-management systems; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
