Solicitor — Insurance (Manchester)

Join a national insurance practice as a solicitor advising on subrogated property damage recovery claims for insurer clients. The role is office-based in Manchester with hybrid working arrangements.

You will manage a personal caseload of property damage recovery matters, assist on larger loss files, and act as a technical day-to-day contact for more junior colleagues. The role involves working directly with insurer clients to recover losses and providing clear, commercially minded advice.

• Prior experience handling or assisting with insurance property-related caseloads, with a focus on property damage recoveries.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance and subrogation principles.
• Proven ability to deliver results to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills for internal and external clients.
• Self-motivated, able to supervise or coach junior team members; supervisory experience desirable.
