Join a busy medical negligence team in Birmingham handling claimant-side clinical negligence matters across a range of specialties. You'll manage your own caseload of litigated and non-litigated claims, provide clear, compassionate advice to vulnerable clients, and work with colleagues across the team to achieve strong client outcomes.

Suitable candidates will be expected to contribute to high-value, complex matters under senior supervision and to develop their technical skills in clinical negligence litigation.

2–5 years PQE in clinical negligence or claimant personal injury work
Proven experience managing a caseload including litigated matters
Strong client-facing skills with the ability to take instructions and provide clear legal advice
Experience assisting on higher-value or complex clinical negligence claims; able to work independently and as part of a team
