Join a well‑resourced national firm’s medical negligence department based in Sheffield. The role sits within a specialist group actions team that handles individual clinical negligence claims alongside complex group actions and product‑liability litigation involving medical devices and pharmaceuticals.

You will manage your own caseload of medical negligence matters, assist on large‑scale group actions, work with experts and counsel, and pursue interim payments and rehabilitation funding where needed. The team combines technical clinical expertise with a client‑focused, empathetic approach.

Qualified solicitor with 3–5 years PQE in medical negligence or related clinical litigation
Some exposure to group actions and/or product liability preferred but not essential
Strong case‑management skills and ability to work under pressure
Good commercial awareness, client care and collaborative working skills
