Join a national UK law firm’s clinical negligence team handling a varied and often complex caseload. The team advises on claims arising from obstetrics, neonatal and paediatric cases, surgical and orthopaedic injuries, delays in cancer diagnosis, anaesthetic and psychiatric care, and other high‑value clinical negligence matters.

The role offers immediate client contact and the opportunity to manage your own caseload while supported by senior colleagues on higher‑value or complex matters. You will work to secure interim payments, arrange rehabilitation and support packages, and progress cases through to settlement or trial where required.

The firm supports flexible and hybrid working, offers a range of wellbeing and benefits (annual leave purchase, pension, private health support and volunteering days), and promotes an inclusive culture and social responsibility programmes.

  • Qualified solicitor with approximately 4–6 years PQE in clinical/medical negligence.
  • Proven experience managing a personal caseload and assisting on higher‑value/complex matters.
  • Strong client‑facing skills, commercial awareness and advocacy or litigation experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to perform under pressure.
