Solicitor — Motor (Credit Hire) | Liverpool

Join a well‑established motor litigation team in Liverpool to manage a credit hire caseload on behalf of defendant insurers and other organisations. The team provides a full defendant service across fast track and multi‑track litigation, including fraud, indemnity and related contested matters, and is known for technical strength and a supportive culture.

This role is open to Newly Qualified up to 4 years' PQE. You will manage your own matters with appropriate supervision, progress cases from initial review to conclusion, and work to client SLAs and local claims‑handling protocols. The post offers structured support to develop specialist credit hire expertise within a high‑performing team.

• 0–4 years' PQE (Newly Qualified acceptable)
• Experience of litigated motor work, preferably on the defendant side
• Exposure to credit hire matters or interest in developing that specialism
• Good working knowledge of the CPR and experience meeting deadlines/targets
• Strong communication skills, client‑focused approach, and ability to work independently
