Join a national Large Loss personal injury team handling high-value and technically complex defendant-side claims. The team manages a varied caseload including motor, employers' liability, public liability and product liability matters, with typical injuries such as brain, spinal and amputation cases and substantial fatality dependency claims.

The role will see you manage your own caseload of catastrophic and high-value PI matters, support more senior lawyers, instruct experts, handle hearings and joint settlement meetings, and prepare client reports and strategy documents. The position operates on a hybrid working pattern.

This is an opportunity for an early-career qualified solicitor to develop in a specialist Large Loss environment with structured supervision and clear performance targets.

Qualified solicitor, 0–3 years' PQE
Experience managing a defendant personal injury litigation caseload (motor or employers' liability/public liability preferred)
Familiarity with CPR and litigation procedure
Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and work to targets, and good team and communication skills
