Join a leading international legal practice's Scotland team as a Solicitor handling motor and fraud insurance work. This is a hybrid role, with the post based in Scotland and the expectation of regular office attendance (circa two days per week).

The role involves managing a varied caseload of motor and fraud claims from inception to resolution, conducting investigations, drafting pleadings and witness statements, advising clients on strategy, and representing clients in court, mediation and settlement discussions.

  • Qualified Solicitor with approximately 1–3 years' PQE in fraud and motor insurance claims (applications from experienced NQs considered).
  • Solid knowledge of civil procedure and litigation processes in insurance/fraud matters.
  • Proven ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision and to meet deadlines.
  • Strong drafting, advocacy, analytical and communication skills.
