Join a large, nationally recognised Major Injury & Casualty litigation team in London handling high-value defendant and claimant work for insurer clients. The role focuses on catastrophic EL/PL, motor and personal injury matters involving severe injuries and complex causation issues.

The postholder will assist senior lawyers on a caseload of significant claims (typically £100k+), draft pleadings and client reports, manage court deadlines, liaise with experts, and support junior team members. Hybrid working is available for the right candidate.

1+ PQE in litigation, preferably with Employers' Liability/Public Liability, catastrophic injury or large-loss personal injury experience; NQs with a relevant training seat will be considered
Experience on high-value personal injury files (£100k+), either managing matters or as a senior assistant
Technical interest/experience in EL, PL, motor and catastrophic injury (brain/spinal/amputation/polytrauma/psychiatric injury)
Strong drafting and advocacy skills, proven ability to work to court deadlines and instruct experts
Commercial awareness, ability to prioritise under pressure, and good written and oral communication skills
