We are seeking a Solicitor to join a growing Major Injury & Casualty team handling a varied caseload of litigated matters across personal injury, serious injury, road traffic accidents and motor claims. The role offers hybrid working and can be based from the firm s Scottish offices.

The successful candidate will manage own pre‑litigation and Sheriff Court files, assist on higher‑value or complex matters, and work to service level expectations with insurer and corporate stakeholders. There are opportunities to develop technical and commercial skills through formal training and on-the-job experience.

Experience managing a caseload of personal injury, serious injury, RTA and motor claims within an insurance litigation setting.
Proven ability to progress cases efficiently through pre‑litigation and Sheriff Court stages; experience acting for defender clients is desirable.
Strong technical litigation knowledge, analytical and strategic thinking, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and building relationships with internal teams and external clients.
