An established Projects & Real Estate team in Brisbane is seeking a 2–3 year PQE Solicitor to join a collegiate, high‑performing practice. The role offers close supervision and mentoring, with hands‑on involvement across all stages of complex commercial, retail and industrial property transactions.

You will work on market‑leading matters across real estate and major projects, including privatisation, infrastructure, energy/renewables and resources-related real estate work. The team emphasises technical development, collaborative delivery and exposure to senior advisers.

2–3 years PQE in real estate or projects-focused property practice.
Proven experience drafting agreements, contracts and deeds for commercial property transactions.
Strong legal research, analytical and written communication skills; able to deliver clear, commercially focused advice.
Demonstrated client service and relationship management abilities; teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Motivation to participate in business development and industry engagement activities.
If not an Australian citizen/permanent resident, must hold the necessary visas and approvals to work in Australia.
