Solicitor Property Litigation

Join a national property litigation team handling housing management and residential landlord/tenant matters for public- and private-sector landlords. The role sits in a fast-growing group that operates across multiple UK offices and uses established case-management systems to manage deadlines and court procedures.

You will manage your own caseload (predominantly housing management and anti-social behaviour work), assist colleagues on related residential matters (possessions, rent recovery) and contribute to team development and business‑raising activities.

• Qualified solicitor with experience in property litigation, particularly housing management
• Proven ability to manage a caseload and work to strict deadlines and KPIs
• Strong IT, communication, time-management and organisational skills
• Team player who can also work on own initiative; flexible and motivated
