We are seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a fast-growing national team operating across multiple UK offices. The team has more than doubled in size over the past five years and continues to expand, offering a dynamic and supportive environment.

You will manage your own caseload focusing on housing management and anti-social behaviour work, with the opportunity to handle residential possession and rent recovery cases for housing associations and other landlords. Working closely with colleagues, you will support junior team members, contribute to business development initiatives, and ensure compliance with deadlines and quality standards.

Experience as a Property Litigation Solicitor, with particular expertise in housing management work
Knowledge of housing management procedures and court processes
Excellent IT, typing, and communication skills
Strong time management, organisation, and prioritisation abilities
Ability to work to strict deadlines and targets
Motivated, highly-driven, and flexible approach
Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
