Join a national finance team in Sydney advising on a broad range of real estate and corporate lending transactions. The role involves drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security packages, guarantees, intercreditor arrangements and related documentation for lenders and borrowers.

You will work on transactions end-to-end — structuring, due diligence, execution and post-completion matters — collaborating with projects, corporate, tax, real estate and regulatory colleagues to deliver integrated solutions.

The position includes client-facing work for domestic and international banks, private credit providers, corporates and funds, plus opportunities to support business development and mentor junior lawyers.

3+ years post-admission (PQE)
Experience on finance transactions at a leading Australian or international firm
Solid drafting and negotiation skills across facility and security documentation
Commercial mindset, strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
Excellent communication and collaborative skills; experience mentoring junior lawyers
Interest in innovation and emerging technologies (eg. AI) applied to legal work
