National insurance-fraud team is recruiting a Solicitor or Senior Associate to join a well-resourced practice handling complex, high-value fraudulent-claims litigation. The role will support major insurer clients on matters including motor, EL/PL, staged/contrived accidents and organised fraud rings.

The position is aligned to the Birmingham team with flexible working and consideration for candidates based in other UK offices; regular office attendance is likely but flexible. You will lead case strategy, advocacy and trial preparation while supervising and developing junior fee-earners.

Minimum 2 years PQE with demonstrable insurance fraud litigation experience (claimant or defendant).
Proven ability to run a complex caseload with limited supervision.
Experience supervising and mentoring junior team members.
Strong commercial awareness, client-service skills and a proactive approach to case strategy and cost management.
