Join a well-established Scottish real estate team advising on renewable energy projects. The role is open to candidates for offices in Aberdeen, Edinburgh or Glasgow and offers exposure to a wide range of transactions for developers and funders in the energy sector.

You will support senior fee-earners across renewable energy transactions, develop technical skills in property aspects of projects and have opportunities to contribute to business development as the practice grows. The team provides structured training and a collegiate environment with increasing responsibility on files.

Qualified solicitor with c.1–4 years' PQE in real estate / property law
Experience or strong interest in renewable energy transactions and related property work
Solid commercial drafting and negotiation skills; ability to manage matters and take ownership of files
Good communication skills and a willingness to contribute to business development
