Join a specialist real estate team advising on renewable energy projects across the UK. This role is open in Aberdeen, Edinburgh or Glasgow and offers exposure to a broad range of renewable transactions and site-related property work.

The successful candidate will work within a close-knit, technically strong team and support senior fee-earners on acquisitions, disposals, leases, easements and related property documentation for developers, funders and project owners. The firm offers structured training, responsibility for own files and visible involvement in high-profile sector work.

There is a strong emphasis on commercial drafting, practical problem-solving and contributing to business development as the practice continues to grow.

Qualified solicitor with c.1–4 years PQE (or equivalent experience).
Practical experience in real estate/property transactions; experience on renewable energy projects preferred.
Strong drafting skills (leases, sale/purchase documents, easements/rights) and commercial judgement.
Good client-facing skills, able to manage files and contribute to business development initiatives.
