A team-focused litigation role handling vehicle hire, credit hire and vehicle damage disputes for a broad panel of insurer and corporate clients. The team manages matters from small claims through multi-track litigation and provides proactive insight to help clients shape claims strategy.

This is a hybrid/remote-friendly role open to candidates qualified in England & Wales, with core team hubs in Birmingham and Newport and occasional in-person hub days or client meetings. The team offers structured development, clear progression routes and support for further professional qualifications.

Qualified Solicitor or CILEx lawyer admitted in England & Wales
Demonstrable experience handling credit hire, vehicle hire or vehicle damage litigation (or closely related motor/civil litigation)
Proven ability to manage a mixed-value caseload and meet client SLAs, protocols and KPIs
Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills and resilience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing work
Organised, able to prioritise and work independently while escalating appropriately
Proficient with Word and Excel; strong IT literacy
