Senior real estate counsel role in a major New York practice, focused on transactional work across finance, acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures. The team advises on both borrower- and lender-side matters and handles debt and equity-linked transactions.

• Significant transactional real estate experience, including real estate finance, acquisitions and dispositions
