Special Counsel / Senior Associate, Global Project, Energy & Infrastructure Finance — Los Angeles

Seeking a Special Counsel or Senior Associate to join a global project, energy and infrastructure finance team in Los Angeles. The role focuses on complex structured financings for project developers, investors and lenders across renewable and transition energy transactions.

Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in renewable project finance, tax credit monetization and other energy-transition structures, with a record of leading sophisticated deals at a top-tier firm or in-house. The team values strong commercial judgment, client development capability and mentoring experience.

• Extensive experience in project/energy finance, including renewable energy and tax-credit monetization
• Proven track record leading complex structured financings for developers, investors or lenders
• Experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house counsel role; strong academic credentials
• Demonstrable business development experience and ability to mentor junior lawyers
