Mid-level associate opportunity in a busy Chicago corporate group, joining a sponsor finance team that represents private equity sponsors, borrowers, private credit funds, alternative lenders and banks on complex financings.

Work will include acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, refinancings, incremental facilities and bespoke credit structures. The role requires transactional drafting, negotiation and client-facing responsibility within syndicated and bilateral lending matters.

3–5 years’ transactional experience in sponsor / leveraged finance or private credit
Experience representing private equity sponsors, borrowers, lenders or credit funds on acquisition financings, LBOs, refinancings and related facilities
Strong drafting and negotiation skills on credit agreements, security documents and ancillary financing documentation
Active member of the Illinois bar
