Our Paris office combines Franco‑American transactional and contentious experience and advises multinational clients across technology, energy, infrastructure and finance sectors. Teams work on cross‑border transactions, litigation and regulatory matters in collaboration with international offices.

The role will vary by department but typically involves active participation on advisory and dispute matters, file management and close teamwork on international mandates. Applications are reviewed by the office partners and kept on file for future openings.

Admitted to the Paris Bar or currently completing the CAPA
Legal education and training aligned with the corporate/transactional practice
Curiosity, strong motivation, rigour and an ability to manage diverse matters
Operational professional English
