Staff Attorney — Business Restructuring & Reorganization, Atlanta

Seeking a Staff Attorney to join a national bankruptcy and restructuring practice, working primarily on company-side Chapter 11 and distressed-debt matters. This is a firmwide, non-partner track role providing substantive and administrative support across offices.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating and preparing court filings and retention disclosures, supporting legal research and drafting for insolvency-related matters, and contributing to practice publications on restructuring and distressed M&A. The role requires strong writing, organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing deadlines.

• 4–6 years’ post-qualification experience in bankruptcy/restructuring work
• Direct experience supporting Chapter 11 cases, out-of-court restructurings, and distressed acquisitions
• Strong legal research and writing skills; experience preparing court disclosures and retention filings preferred
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Membership in good standing of the Ohio Bar
