Seeking a corporate lawyer to join a global practice team in Toronto on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on cross-border reorganizations, integrations and other multinational corporate transactional matters, often acting as a country or regional coordinator for multi-jurisdictional projects.

The successful candidate will work on project teams with lawyers, legal project managers and legal technology colleagues across multiple offices, draft corporate documentation, and help identify process improvements and efficiency initiatives. The role requires pragmatic, commercial advice delivered to tight deadlines for global clients.

Qualified solicitor with 2–4 years' corporate transactional experience
Experience with cross-border or multi-jurisdictional reorganizations, integrations or M&A work
Strong drafting, analytical and project coordination skills
Excellent communication, teamwork and client-focused mindset
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and online legal research tools; adaptable and pragmatic approach to work
