Staff Attorney, E-Discovery — Nashville

We are seeking a Staff Attorney to join a major national litigation team in Nashville focused on e-discovery and large-scale document review. The role supports high‑profile litigation and investigations for sophisticated clients and works closely with case teams on technology-driven review workflows.

The position emphasizes hands-on review, coding, and analysis of large datasets using modern tools and predictive coding. The successful candidate will contribute to project management, quality control, and the preparation of analytics and infographics to support case strategy.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Current membership in the Tennessee bar, or eligibility and willingness to obtain it.
• Proven hands-on experience with large-scale document reviews, predictive coding and review project management.
• Strong understanding of discovery law, including privilege and work-product concepts.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with technical tools, statistical metrics, spreadsheets and preparing visual analytics.
• Ability to sit/stand for extended periods and to lift up to 25 pounds.
