Growing mass torts litigation team seeks a Staff Attorney to support ERISA, insurance defense, and related litigation matters. The role is open to attorneys based in Atlanta, GA or Phoenix, AZ and involves active casework across discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.

The position offers significant responsibility and autonomy while providing access to experienced litigators for mentorship and collaboration. The team values strong advocacy, practical legal research, and cooperative work with paralegals and litigation support staff.

Flexible work arrangements, including remote, part-time, and flexible hours, are being considered. Candidates should be prepared to travel for court appearances and hearings as needed.

Minimum ~2 years litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense, bad-faith, ERISA, or related fields
Licensed and in good standing in Georgia or Arizona, or eligible for admission without examination
Demonstrated written and oral advocacy skills and strong legal research abilities
Comfortable handling case assignments with increasing responsibility and working collaboratively with litigation teams
Willingness to travel for court appearances; open to flexible/remote work arrangements
