Apply in confidence →

Experienced labor & employment team in a major US law firm is seeking a Korean-speaking staff attorney to support employer-side matters out of its Los Angeles office. This is a client-facing, non-partnership-track role focused on litigation support and day-to-day employment advice for Korean-speaking clients.

Key responsibilities include high-volume discovery and case management, drafting pleadings and motions, preparing legal research memoranda, and assisting with employee handbook and policy drafting. The role also requires translating and adapting workplace materials and communicating directly with Korean-speaking clients.

The position offers collaborative work across offices within a busy practice and is well suited to an attorney interested in practical litigation and counseling experience rather than partnership track progression.

  • Fluency in Korean (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Minimum ~2 years' post-qualification experience in labor & employment or general litigation (law firm experience preferred)
  • Experience with discovery, document requests, and litigation support
  • Experience or strong interest in employment advice, counseling, and drafting employee handbooks/policies
  • Excellent legal writing, research, analytical skills, and attention to detail
  • Admission to the California Bar
