Join a market-leading structured project finance team in London advising on major energy and infrastructure financings. This role is aimed at NQ–4 PQE candidates who want to develop specialist expertise across renewable energy, infrastructure and other low-carbon projects.

The role involves advising on project financings, refinancings and acquisition financings across energy and infrastructure sectors, supporting matters from term sheets through to financial close, and drafting and negotiating finance and project documentation. You will work closely with lenders, sponsors, developers and other advisers on cross-border mandates.

The team offers early responsibility, structured training and clear progression within a collaborative projects practice. This is an opportunity to build sector knowledge, client-facing experience and technical capability in a high-growth area.

NQ–4 PQE (up to 4 years post-qualification experience)
Experience or strong interest in project finance, acquisition finance or refinancing for energy and infrastructure assets
Proven drafting and negotiation skills on finance and project documentation
Commercial approach, strong teamwork and ability to manage multiple workstreams
