A market-leading structured project finance team is seeking an Associate (NQ–4 PQE) to join its London office. The role offers exposure to high-value energy and infrastructure financings, with opportunities to lead workstreams and develop sector expertise in renewables, battery storage, transport and other infrastructure assets.

You will advise on project financings, acquisition financings and refinancings across the project lifecycle, working with lenders, sponsors, developers and investors. The role involves drafting and negotiating finance and project documentation, supporting transactions through to financial close, and contributing to cross-border mandates with colleagues across the firm's projects network.

The team emphasises early responsibility, technical development and client-facing experience, supported by structured training and a collaborative culture.

NQ–4 years PQE in project/structured finance or closely related finance practice
Practical experience on project financings, acquisition financings or refinancings (energy/infrastructure preferred)
Strong drafting and negotiation skills for finance and project documentation
Commercial client-facing approach and ability to run deal processes from term sheet to close
