Ample opportunity within a national capital markets team for an associate with focused structured finance and securitization experience. The role sits on the securities/capital markets side of the practice and will handle matters across securitizations and asset-backed/structured lending transactions.

The team is seeking a lawyer with solid law-firm transactional experience, strong academic credentials and the ability to work on complex, document-intensive deals. This is a practice-focused role based in the Charlotte office.

8+ years post-qualification transactional experience (securitization, structured finance or related capital markets work)
Experience with securitizations (CLO, ABS, CMBS) and/or asset-backed/structured lending or syndicated bank lending
Proven law firm experience on complex securities or finance transactions
Excellent academic record and strong drafting/transactional skills
