Mid-level to senior associate role in a national structured finance and securitization team. The group advises on asset‑backed securities and related structured finance transactions, including warehouse and SPV financing, supporting banks, funds and other financial institutions.

Hiring is flexible across multiple U.S. offices (preferred locations include Charlotte, Chicago or New York), with a collaborative team that regularly works across offices on complex, cross‑border matters.

4–8 years of relevant law firm experience in structured finance/securitization
Demonstrable experience on asset‑backed securities, warehouse financings and SPV financing facilities
Strong academic credentials and sophisticated transaction experience

Bar admission in the U.S. (or eligibility)
