Join a national, highly ranked finance team in London as an NQ–1 year PQE Structured Finance lawyer. You will work on sophisticated UK and cross‑border structured finance transactions across securitisation, debt capital markets and asset‑backed financings.

The role offers early responsibility, close partner mentorship and exposure to top‑tier banking and corporate clients. You will be part of a growing team delivering technically complex, commercially focused solutions.

Qualified in England & Wales; NQ–1 year PQE
Experience in one or more of: securitisation (private or public), debt capital markets, asset‑backed securities, receivables financing or asset‑based lending
Technically strong, commercially minded and solutions‑focused
Excellent communication, organisation and team collaboration skills
