Join a global banking team advising banks, sponsors, corporates and alternative lenders on complex leveraged, acquisition and acquisition‑finance transactions. The role sits within a full‑service finance practice handling cross‑border deals, syndicated lending, asset‑backed financings and related treasury matters.

You will work alongside partners and associates on high‑profile, commercially driven mandates and contribute to business development and client relationship management. The team values collaborative, diverse working and offers structured learning and development alongside hybrid working.

Minimum c.5 years' post‑qualified experience with strong leveraged/acquisition finance exposure.
Experience from an international or leading UK/regional firm, with a track record on mid‑market and cross‑border financings.
Excellent academic credentials and strong commercial awareness.
Client‑focused, able to support marketing/business development and work effectively in diverse teams; flexible on hours when required.
